Types of Staging
VACANT (Full Staging)
The homeowner has completely moved their furnishings out and is no longer living at the property. The proposal would consist of full staging in every room.
VACANT (Partial Staging)
The homeowner has moved out however, we are only staging some of the rooms with our furniture and the other rooms have been left empty.
VACANT (Blended Staging)
The homeowner has moved out and taken all of their accessories but has left behind some useable furniture to work with. Ashley would provide a list of furniture pieces she feels we could work with and they decide whether to leave them or substitute them with our staging pieces. This proposal price varies based on how much furniture we bring in versus what the homeowner leaves behind for us to work with.
OCCUPIED
The homeowners will be living in the home with our staging items and most of their furniture as well. We will provide a list of items to remove before staging. We understand the homeowner may choose to do all of the recommendations or just a portion of them. We are happy to stage the home either way. As with the Vacant/Blended, the price depends on how much usable furniture belonging to the sellers we are able to use.
